At Paws of Home, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind every product we sell.

If something goes wrong with your order, we've got you covered.

We offer a free replacement if:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your package was lost in transit

How to request a replacement: Simply contact us within 15 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and a photo or video showing the issue. We'll review your request and ship a replacement as quickly as possible.

Please note:

  • Replacements are not available for buyer's error (wrong size selected, change of mind, etc.)
  • We currently only ship within the United States

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
